To build an understanding of the opportunities to mitigate climate change within the Gippsland region, EPA Victoria and the Gippsland Climate Change Network hosted ClimateWorks Australia's Executive Director Anna Skarbek and Chairman and former Deputy Premier of Victoria John Thwaites.

ClimateWorks will present on their Eureka Prize award winning Low Carbon Growth Plan for Australia.

This free event, open to business, government and industry across Gippsland, provided insight into the opportunities to reduce emissions and save money across various sectors of the region's economy.
